Marble Auction & Chat Room Access

As you old-timers will recall, the Marble CyberAuctions used to be completely run in an IRC Chat Room. In fact, we were the first auctioneers to run regularly scheduled auctions live on-line in a Chat Room.

Unfortunately, there are no current off-the-shelf solutions that offer online absentee bidding with an automated live auction chat room.

Currently, we are hosting the CyberAuctions on iCollector. 

The live phase of the CyberAuction is conducted simultaneously solely on iCollector. You can watch the auction, or watch and bid live in the auction, on Sunday night. You do not have to register with iCollector to watch, but you do have to register to bid.

The iCollector room opens up about an hour or so before the auction. You can access it by clicking on the "Live Now" link at http://www.icollector.com/auction.aspx?as=29978. I'll try and open the auction room on iCollector as early as possible on Sunday so that you can test it out.

The CyberAuction Chat Room is open for conversation only. I won't be mirroring bids to it during the auction. The Chat Room is at http://us12.chatzy.com/cyberauction
